Jim opens the 'doors' to The Fisherman's Larder
The Fisherman's Larder was honoured to join some of the finest producers in Fife at The Fairmont last night, as part of the St Andrews Food & Drink Festival. The month long event, created by Food From Fife, celebrates delicious, diverse, local produce. At last night's 'Meet The Producers' reception, we enjoyed chatting with over 120 guests as they tasted our dressed crab, on display with our cooked crab and lobster, samples of hot smoked salmon sourced from Ru An Fhodar Smokehouse and Pittenweem prawns, smoked by East Pier Smokehouse.
Guests were later treated to a dinner created from local produce,
prepared by Executive Chef, Alan Matthew of The Fairmont and a talented team of award-winning chefs from restaurants and hotels throughout the area.
