The Fisherman's Larder is just back from a fabulous evening at the Club House, Fairmont Hotel And Spa, St Andrews, Fife.
Jim Knox, our resident fisherman & seafood specialist, was there to provide his 'dressing a crab' demonstration and delicious, just caught, hand-prepared seafood for visiting members of the Fairmont Canada and USA teams.
