Jim Knox, resident fisherman + seafood specialist at The Fisherman's Larder had made his international cook show debut!
See him below in The Spice Traveller, the awesome Youtube series by celebrity Indian TV chef, Saransh Goila. You can think of him as India's answer to...Jamie Oliver!
In Episode 16, Jim introduces Saransh - and the world - to Pittenweem, the historic fish market and delicious seafood. Saransh and the film crew even take a look around Jim's beautiful driftwood garden, aka Beachcomber Collections.
In Episode 17 of The Spice Traveller, you can see Saransh create the truly scrumptious, spicy canape, Crab Kasoori Methi! Ingredients include just-caught, hand-prepared, East Neuk, dressed crab sourced from The Fisherman's Larder, freshly picked vegetables from Kellie Castle & Garden and of course...spices!
We are also really happy to see this beautiful dish arfully presented on a decorative tile the Chef picked up at Funky Scottish. It's hand-painted by our friend and resident artist/owner, Karen Edward.
Delicious food and beautiful art! Once again, the East Neuk provides the perfect ingredients for a wonderful all-round experience...
Special thanks to Visit Scotland for inviting us to take part in The Spice Traveller!
